Although not mentioned in discussion, in the phylogenetic trees sequences of Claustula fischeri from Australia (from OSC122661) and New Zealand (from REB2326) fall in a clade intermixed with sequences labelled Gelopellis and do not cluster together. [T.W. May, 21 Dec. 2023]
