  • Type: "Kurrajong Heights, New South Wales; on larva of Lamellicorn beetle (Lepidiota sp.?), and on nymph, or pupa, of Cicada, sp. It was found by Mr. T. Cranstoun in the vicinity of turpentine trees, and in no case was it found beneath black wattles. ..."
  • Etymology: "It is dedicated to Dr. J.C. Cox"
